目的:观察坎地沙坦酯对原发性高血压患者血压和血管内皮功能的影响,探讨血管内皮功能与原发性高血压的相互关系。方法:对87例原发性高血压患者口服坎地沙坦酯进行观察。采用水银血压计测量坐位右上肢血压,放射免疫法测定ET含量,硝酸还原酶法测定NO含量。结果:治疗后血压明显下降,差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后高血压患者ET水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),NO水平显著高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论坎地沙坦酯能调节血管内皮ET与NO的分泌,平稳有效降低血压,并可能改善原发性高血压患者的预后;本研究也提示,高血压患者血压增高与内皮功能受损有关。
Objective: To observe the effect of candesartan cilexetil on blood pressure and endothelial function in patients with essential hypertension and to explore the relationship between endothelial function and essential hypertension. Methods: Eighty-eight patients with essential hypertension were treated with candesartan cilexetil. The right upper limb blood pressure was measured by mercury sphygmomanometer, the content of ET was determined by radioimmunoassay, and the content of NO was determined by nitrate reductase method. Results: After treatment, blood pressure decreased significantly (P <0.05). After treatment, the ET level in patients with hypertension was significantly lower than that before treatment (P <0.05), and the level of NO was significantly higher than that before treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion Candesartan cilexetil can regulate the secretion of endothelin and nitric oxide in vascular endothelium, reduce blood pressure steadily and effectively, and may improve the prognosis of patients with essential hypertension. This study also suggests that elevated blood pressure in hypertensive patients is associated with impaired endothelial function.
