目的建立连续流动分析仪同时测定饮用水中挥发酚和阴离子合成洗涤剂的方法。方法采用连续流动分析技术在线蒸馏,4-氨基安替比林分光光度法测定饮用水中挥发酚的含量,在线萃取,亚甲蓝分光光度法测定阴离子合成洗涤剂的含量。结果挥发酚在质量浓度为2μg/L~50μg/L时,线性相关系数为0.999 9,检出限为1μg/L,相对标准偏差为4.42%~5.25%,加标回收率为99.0%~101.0%。阴离子合成洗涤剂在质量浓度为50μg/L~600μg/L时,线性相关系数为0.999 6,检出限为7μg/L,相对标准偏差为3.14%~6.36%,加标回收率为96.2%~105.5%。与国家标准方法相比,相对偏差<5%。结论该方法简便快速,检出限低,精密度和准确度好,污染小,适合于大批量样品的分析测定。
Objective To establish a continuous flow analyzer for simultaneous determination of volatile phenol and anionic synthetic detergent in drinking water. Methods Continuous flow analysis was used to determine the content of volatile phenol in drinking water by 4-aminoantipyrine spectrophotometry. The content of anionic synthetic detergent was determined by on-line extraction and methylene blue spectrophotometry. Results The linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 9 when the concentration of volatile phenol was 2μg / L ~ 50μg / L, the detection limit was 1μg / L, the relative standard deviation was 4.42% ~ 5.25%, and the recoveries were 99.0% ~ 101.0 %. The linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 6, the detection limit was 7 μg / L, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 3.14% ~ 6.36% and the recoveries were in the range of 96.2% ~ 105.5%. Compared with the national standard method, the relative deviation <5%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, low detection limit, good precision and accuracy, low pollution and suitable for the analysis of large quantities of samples.
