在旱地农田少耕(RT)、传统耕作(CT)和免耕(NT)3种耕作土壤上,采用动态密闭气室法(IRGA)与碱液吸收法(AA)同时测定土壤呼吸速率,并对测定结果进行比较。结果表明:(1)在RT、CT和NT 3种耕作土壤上,IRGA与AA两种方法测定结果均呈显著相关,前者测定值分别约为后者的4.48、3.74和4.07倍。(2)IRGA与AA两种方法都具有较好的可信度,相关性达到极显著水平,线性关系式为IRGA=7.42AA-9.73(R2=0.565**,p<0.01),IRGA法测定值约是AA法的4.11倍。(3)IRGA法变异系数较AA法偏大,稳定性小于AA法。
The soil respiration rate was determined simultaneously by dynamic closed cell method (IRGA) and lye absorption (AA) on three cultivated soils with low tillage (RT), traditional tillage (CT) and no tillage (NT) The results of the comparison. The results showed that: (1) There was a significant correlation between the results of IRGA and AA on the tillage soils of RT, CT and NT. The former values were about 4.48, 3.74 and 4.07 times of the latter, respectively.
