为了阐明银川平原不同湿地类型芦苇(Phragmites communis)碳、氮、磷含量及生态化学计量特征,采用典型样地采样与实验室测定相结合的方法,并利用“3S”技术对银川平原不同类型典型湿地芦苇有机碳(TOC)、全氮(TN)和全磷(TP)含量及其生态化学计量特征进行了分析。结果表明:银川平原不同湿地芦苇地上部分的TOC、TN、TP变化范围分别为410.41~424.11,7.74~14.25,0.76~1.36 mg/g,平均值分别为418.01,12.23,1.08 mg/g,略低于中国主要湿地平均含量。C/N、C/P和N/P平均值分别为36.03,407.01,11.38,表现为C/P>C/N>N/P。银川平原不同湿地类型芦苇地上部分TOC的含量呈现出河流>湖泊>沼泽;TN与TP的含量呈现出相同的趋势,都表现为沼泽>湖泊>河流。银川平原湿地芦苇TOC、TN、TP的含量在空间分布特征整体上从南向北表现为先降低后升高的变化趋势,即南部>北部>中部。银川平原湿地芦苇TOC与TP、TN呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),TN与TP呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。银川平原湿地中芦苇均表现为N/P<14,主要是受到N的限制。
In order to clarify the carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus contents and ecological stoichiometry of Phragmites communis in different wetland types in the Yinchuan Plain, a combination of typical sampling plots and laboratory measurements was used, and the “3S” (TOC), total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP) contents and their ecophysiological characteristics of reed in a typical wetland were analyzed. The results showed that the TOC, TN and TP of the reed in different wetlands in Yinchuan plain ranged from 410.41 to 424.11, 7.74 to 14.25 and 0.76 to 1.36 mg / g, respectively, with mean values of 418.01, 12.23 and 1.08 mg / g, respectively, slightly lower The average content of major wetlands in China. The average values of C / N, C / P and N / P were 36.03, 407.01 and 11.38, respectively, showing C / P> C / N> N / P. The contents of TOC in the aboveground parts of the reed in Yinchuan Plain show the rivers> lakes> swamps. The contents of TN and TP show the same trend, all of them are swamps> lakes> rivers. The contents of TOC, TN and TP in the reed in the Yinchuan plain showed the trend of decreasing first and then increasing from south to north in the whole, that is, southern> northern> central. There was a significant negative correlation between TOC and TP and TN (P <0.01) in Yinchuan plain wetlands. There was a significant positive correlation between TN and TP (P <0.01). The reeds in the Yinchuan plain wetlands all showed N / P <14, which was mainly limited by N.
