柳州市南二环路桐油山隧道采用双连拱结构,具有大跨度、浅埋偏压、溶洞发育等特点,浅、深埋地段分别采用双侧壁-中导洞、中导洞-正台阶法分部开挖,提出了受浅埋偏压及断层影响时确定左、右隧施工顺序的原则。在大型粘土充填溶洞地段采用左、中、右钢筋混凝土地基梁跨越处理,针对双连拱隧道易出现渗水的通病,总结了一套实用的防水施工方法。介绍了简易自制的钢拱架冷弯设备,并对中墙顶部回填施工、受力体系转换进行了介绍。
The Tongyashan Tunnel of South Second Ring Road in Liuzhou City is characterized by double-arch structure with large span, shallow bias and cave development.
