基于开窗侧钻过程中侧钻坐封器卡瓦失效导致开窗失败的情况,设计了一种新型的镶齿型卡瓦侧钻坐封器。建立了承受坐封载荷和轴向载荷下的镶齿型卡瓦装配体有限元法分析模型,计算出了镶嵌不同齿型的侧钻坐封器卡瓦在套管壁上形成的犁沟形状及套管与镶齿的位移与应力,分析了镶齿型卡瓦的坐封可靠性。结果表明:在镶齿型卡瓦坐封分析计算中,不但要考虑犁沟摩擦因数,同时还需要考虑凸脊对犁沟摩擦因数的影响;坐封器卡瓦镶装不同齿型在套管表面产生的犁沟效应不同,卡瓦牙齿齿尖越锋利,所产生的犁沟效应就越明显;在犁沟效应与黏着效应的双重作用下,硬质合金齿吃入套管壁产生了明显的齿坑,在满足镶齿强度的前提下确保镶齿型卡瓦坐封器的可靠坐挂。
