患者男,45岁。于1980年抬病人后感到右肩剧痛,去医院摄X线片,诊断为右锁骨骨折,给予简单固定后回家休息。1个月后右锁骨骨折处出现一梭形包块,活动时轻度疼痛。次年2月开始纳差、恶心。右上腹部隐痛、便稀,口服土霉素无效。半年后发现痰中带少量血丝,且常鼻衄,每次出血50～60毫升、最多一次约100毫升。大便呈柏油样,于3月1日转来我院。 Male patient, 45 years old. After lifting the patient in 1980, she felt a sharp pain in her right shoulder. She went to the hospital for radiography and was diagnosed as a fracture of the right clavicle. She was given a simple fix and went home to rest. One month later, a fusiform mass appeared at the fracture of the right clavicle, mild pain during the activity. The following year in February began anorexia, nausea. Upper right abdomen pain, then thin, oral oxytetracycline invalid. Six months after the discovery of sputum with a small amount of bloodshot eyes, and often epistaxis, each bleeding 50 to 60 ml, at most once about 100 ml. The stool was tarred and transferred to our hospital on March 1.
