采用反相高效液相色谱法对豆甾醇与琥珀酸酐酯化反应过程中豆甾醇和豆甾醇琥珀酸单酯的分析测定进行了研究。结果表明,反相高效液相色谱采用Hypersil ODS反相柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),甲醇为流动相,豆甾醇和豆甾醇琥珀酸单酯均有响应并达到基线分离;豆甾醇和豆甾醇琥珀酸单酯在波长为210nm有最大吸收,豆甾醇与豆甾醇琥珀酸单酯的摩尔校正因子分别为4.46×10-7和4.42×10-7,可用面积归一法能够快速准确地对豆甾醇琥珀酸酐酯化反应进行的程度及酯化产物的含量进行定量分析测定。
The determination of stigmasterol and stigmasterol monoester during the esterification of stigmasterol with succinic anhydride was studied by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC).
