本文基于有限元ANSYS软件分析,完成了柔性附着下施工升降机结构系统的建模和结构静力学和结构动力学的分析计算。通过静态分析,计算出最大应力和最大位移值,找到其危险位置;并得出为保证结构系统强度,标准节应采用变截面壁厚的结论。通过对吊笼运行在不同位置时导轨架结构系统的模态分析,计算了柔性附着装置使用不同钢丝绳直径下的6阶固有频率,以及系统激振频率,分析了不同工况下影响结构系统动态特性的因素,得到容易产生共振的运行速度区域,并总结了结构系统变形特点。
Based on the finite element ANSYS software analysis, this paper completed the modeling and structural statics and structural dynamics analysis of the structural system of construction lifts under flexible attachment. By static analysis, the maximum stress and the maximum displacement are calculated, and the dangerous position is found.
