随着素质教育的全面实施和不断深入,初中语文老师越来越重视教学改革。在传统的语文课堂教学中,语文老师既是教学的指导者,又是教学中心。新课改对初中语文教学提出明确要求,语文老师在教学过程中要扮演好指导者的角色,将课堂真正还给学生,突出学生的主体地位。为了落实这一教学要求,语文老师必须要采取“少教多学”这一教学理念,以此促进学生的全面发展。
With the full implementation and continuous deepening of quality education, junior Chinese teachers pay more and more attention to teaching reform. In traditional Chinese classroom teaching, Chinese teachers are both instructors and teaching centers. The new curriculum reform puts forward clear requirements for the teaching of Chinese in junior middle schools. Chinese teachers must play a good role as mentors in the teaching process and return the classroom to the students, highlighting the main position of the students. In order to implement this teaching requirement, Chinese language teachers must adopt the teaching philosophy of “learning less and learning more” to promote students’ all-round development.
