主要研究了碘锌显现法对于手印物质中不同汗液成分的显现效果,并与传统碘熏显现法进行了对比。结果表明,碘锌显现法可以快速、清晰显现新鲜或较陈旧手印中的氨基酸、油酸、乳酸等汗液成分,尤其对于油酸成分具有较高选择性。碘锌显现法显现手印汗液成分在纹线反映、操作步骤、保存时效等方面优于传统的碘熏显现法。
Mainly studied the apparent effect of iodine-zinc appearance method on different sweat components in the handprint material, and compared with the traditional iodine smoked appearance method. The results showed that the method of iodine and zinc visualization can quickly and clearly show the sweat components such as amino acids, oleic acid and lactic acid in fresh or older handprint, especially for oleic acid. The appearance of iodine and zinc show that fingerprints sweat composition is better than the traditional method of iodine fumigation in the aspects of ridge reflection, operation steps, preservation and aging.
