高校体育教学能够对大学生的全面发展起到极大的促进作用。而橄榄球运动对学生的身体素质的提升和学生心理健康的发展能够提供巨大的帮助,所以越来越多的高校开始在体育课程教学中引入橄榄球教学,希望利用橄榄球教学来提升学生的各方面的能力。但是实际调查发现,目前橄榄球运动的发展并不是很理想,尤其是高校橄榄球教学的发展不是很顺利,学生对参与橄榄球运动的兴趣并不是很高。而兴趣是学生积极参与体育活动的基础,通过调查可以发现,目前高校学生参与橄榄球运动最大的阻碍因素就是学生的兴趣比较低,对橄榄球的热情不是很高。所以,在高校体育运动中、尤其是橄榄球教学中,引导学生参与橄榄球运动首先要解决的就是激发学生的兴趣,让学生喜欢橄榄球。
College physical education can greatly promote the overall development of college students. Rugby football can provide tremendous help to the improvement of students’ physical fitness and the development of students’ mental health. Therefore, more and more colleges and universities begin to introduce football teaching in physical education and hope to use football teaching to improve students’ various aspects ability. However, the actual survey found that the current development of rugby is not ideal, especially the development of rugby teaching in colleges and universities is not very smooth, the interest of students in participating in rugby is not very high. Interests are the basis for students’ active participation in sports activities. According to the survey, the biggest obstacle for college students to participate in football is the low interest of students and the low enthusiasm for football. Therefore, in college sports, especially football teaching, guiding students to participate in football first thing to solve is to stimulate student interest, so that students like football.
