本文主要研究工字型截面轴心受压柱腹板和翼缘宽厚比的限值规定。进行了24根局部和整体屈曲试件的试验。根据试验结果,在板件临界应力中,分析了嵌固、残余应力等因素的影响。当应力超过比例极限后,采用了有效模量值。轴心受压柱整体屈曲应力,考虑初曲和残余应力的影响,对 TJ7—74设计规范公式作了修正。根据整体和局部屈曲等稳定条件,确定了腹板和翼缘的宽厚比限值,并表示为构件长细比的函数。文章还给出了简化的直线表达式,以便于实际设计应用。
In this paper, we mainly study the limits of the ratio of width to thickness of webs and flanges of axially compressed columns with I-sections. 24 partial and total buckling test specimens were tested. According to the test results, the influence of factors such as embedment and residual stress was analyzed in the critical stress of the plate. When the stress exceeds the proportional limit, an effective modulus value is used. The buckling stress of the axial compression column was taken into account. Considering the influence of initial curvature and residual stress, the TJ7-74 design specification formula was revised. Based on the stability conditions such as global and local buckling, the ratio of the width to thickness ratio of webs and flanges was determined and expressed as a function of the slenderness ratio of the components. The article also gives simplified linear expressions for practical design applications.
