为了解小麦品种(系)在孕穗期和灌浆期的田间抗蚜表现,本研究在自然感蚜的条件下,于2010/2011和2011/2012年度分别在孕穗期和灌浆期对148份小麦品种(系)进行田间抗蚜性调查,采用蚜量比值法对品种(系)抗蚜性进行了评价。结果表明,孕穗期抗蚜性表现为高抗水平的小麦品种(系)有:衡6632、农大3432和京冬8号,占品种总数的2.03%;灌浆期表现为抗性或中抗水平的品种有:漯麦4号、邯6228、邯4015、KOK1679、烟农23、京花1号、临抗15和扬麦158等8个品种,占5.41%;在孕穗期和灌浆期均表现为中抗水平以上的有:08P20、KOK1679、衡6632、冀38、临抗15号和漯麦4号等6个品种,占4.05%。本研究可为下一步抗蚜(耐蚜)亲本材料的筛选和新品种培育提供参考。
In order to understand the anti-aphid performance of wheat cultivars at the booting and filling stages, the effects of natural aphids on the susceptibility of 148 wheat cultivars at booting and filling stages in 2010/2011 and 2011/12 were studied. (Lines) field aphid resistance survey, the use of aphid quantity ratio of varieties (lines) resistance to aphids were evaluated. The results showed that the varieties resistant to aphids showed high level of resistance at booting stage: Heng 6632, Nongda 3432 and Jingdong 8, accounting for 2.03% of the total; the grain filling stage was resistant or moderately resistant There are 8 varieties including Luomai 4, Han 6228, Handhan 4015, KOK1679, Yannong 23, Jinghua 1, Linkai 15 and Yangmai 158, accounting for 5.41% of the total; Anti-level above: 08P20, KOK1679, Heng 6632, Hebei 38, Pro-resistant 15 and Luomai 4 6 varieties, accounting for 4.05%. This study may provide a reference for screening the next aphid (aphid-resistant) parents and cultivating new varieties.
