目的了解红河州健康人群麻疹抗体水平,为消除麻疹策略与措施的制定与调整提供科学依据。方法采取分层整群抽样方法,于2012~2015年对红河州19 657名健康人群采集血清标本,采用ELISA方法对血清进行麻疹Ig G抗体检测。结果 2012~2015年红河州健康人群麻疹抗体总阳性率为95.26%,抗体保护率为68.59%,几何平均浓度(Geometric Mean Concentration,GMC)为1 327.92 m IU/ml;不同年份之间的麻疹抗体阳性率、保护率及GMC均有显著差异,且随年份增加而下降;不同地区、民族、年龄、含麻疹成分疫苗(Measles-containing Vaccine,MCV)免疫剂次、户籍的人群麻疹抗体阳性率、保护率、GMC均有显著差异;Logistic回归分析显示,影响麻疹抗体阳性率的因素有民族、年龄和免疫史。1剂次MCV免疫不同起始月龄、2剂次MCV免疫不同时间间隔的8月龄~2岁人群麻疹抗体水平均无显著差异。结论红河州麻疹抗体阳性率处于较高水平,形成了一定的免疫屏障,但麻疹抗体保护率偏低,麻疹抗体水平存在一定的地区差距,建议在常规免疫基础上根据各地区抗体水平开展MCV补充免疫。
Objective To understand the level of measles antibody in healthy people in Honghe Prefecture and provide a scientific basis for the formulation and adjustment of measles elimination measures and measures. Methods The stratified cluster sampling method was used to collect serum samples from 19 657 healthy people in Honghe Prefecture from 2012 to 2015. The serum IgM was detected by ELISA. Results The total positive rate of measles antibody was 95.26% in healthy population in Honghe Prefecture from 2012 to 2015, the antibody protection rate was 68.59%, Geometric Mean Concentration (GMC) was 1 327.92 m IU / ml. The measles antibody Positive rate, protection rate and GMC were significantly different, and decreased with increasing year; Measles-containing Vaccine (MCV) immunization times, the positive rate of measles antibody in the household population in different regions, ethnicities, Logistic regression analysis showed that the factors affecting the positive rate of measles antibody were ethnic, age and immunization history. 1 dose of MCV immunization at different start-up age, 2 doses of MCV immunization at different time intervals of 8 months to 2-year-old population measles antibody levels were not significantly different. Conclusion The positive rate of measles antibody in Honghe Prefecture is at a high level, forming a certain immune barrier. However, the protective rate of measles antibody is low and there is a certain regional difference in the antibody level of measles. It is suggested that MCV should be supplemented on the basis of routine immunization according to the level of antibody Immune.
