在高职学校中的教学工作的整体目标是培养社会的建设者与优秀的人才。而在学校中开设英语课程的目的是为了增强学生的英语表达与听写等综合应用能力,即口语与翻译的能力,甚至能够与自身的专业相结合,提高专业英语水平。因此,为了在英语教育过程中践行人才培养的教学理念,提高学生的应用能力,需要不断完善教师的教学过程,提高教学质量。本文针对这一问题展开论述,总结在该理念的践行时的主要措施。
The overall goal of teaching work in higher vocational schools is to foster social builders and talents. The purpose of English courses in schools is to enhance students’ comprehensive ability of English expression and dictation, that is, their ability to speak and translate, and even to combine with their own major to improve professional English. Therefore, in order to practice the teaching concept of personnel training and improve the students’ ability of application in the process of English education, it is necessary to constantly improve the teaching process and improve the quality of teaching. This article addresses this issue, summarizes the main measures in the practice of the concept.
