我们曾研究过四(4-三甲胺苯基)卟啉(简称TTAPP)——镉络合物的极谱吸附波。本文研究TTAPP—Zn络合物的极谱吸附波。沈观略曾利用方波极谱法,在酸性的溴化钾——碘化钾介质中,得到锌络合物的极谱吸附波,检测限约为1.5×10~(-6)M。我们发现在PH=9.6左右的NH_3—NH_4Cl缓冲溶液中,Zn—TTAPP络合物有一个很好的极谱吸附波,Ep=-1.35V左右(对SCE,下同),检测限达1.5×10~(-7)M(受空白值所限)。在柠檬酸三钠、三乙醇胺等掩蔽剂存在下,可采用本法测定天然水及人发中的锌。用极谱法研究了络合物的组成。
We have studied the polarographic adsorption wave of tetrakis (4-trimethylaminophenyl) porphyrin (TTAPP) -cadmium complex. In this paper, the polarographic adsorption wave of TTAPP-Zn complex was studied. In the acid potassium bromide-potassium iodide medium, the polarographic adsorption wave of zinc complex was obtained by the method of square wave polarography. The detection limit was about 1.5 × 10 ~ (-6) M. We found that the Zn-TTAPP complex has a very good polarographic adsorption wave in NH_3-NH_4Cl buffer solution with pH = 9.6, Ep = -1.35V (for SCE, the same below), the detection limit is 1.5 × 10 ~ (-7) M (limited by the blank value). In the presence of trisodium citrate, triethanolamine and other masking agents, this method can be used to determine the natural water and zinc in human hair. The composition of the complex was investigated by polarography.
