青年员工决定着企业特别是处于转型发展期的国有企业的命运,如何加强和完善国有企业人力资源管理,尤其是对青年员工的管理是当前我国国有企业在发展转型期亟待解决的问题。鉴于青年员工独特的个性特征和工作特点、心理和能力特征上的特殊性,决定了企业不能运用传统的控制式的管理模式,而应运用参与式的管理理念,对青年员工采取人性化的人力资源管理策略,鼓励青年员工积极参与企业管理;建立“以人为本”的人力资源管理模式,实现企业和青年员工的互利发展;建立和完善科学合理的薪酬激励制度;构建有鲜明特点的企业文化,营造和谐工作氛围。
