In order to implement the spirit of “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Deepening Education Reform and Promoting Quality Education in an All-round Way” and “Action Plan for Education and Rejuvenation in the 21st Century”, we should further promote the reform and development of secondary vocational education and improve the quality of teaching and the efficiency of running a school.
