长江定线制内交通流最复杂、最混乱的水域就是警戒区,用AM对其进行分析时,会发现很多问题、如何改善管理和提高现场执行能力,进行修正和改进,显得紧迫且必要长江口水道是中国黄金水道的入口,担负着上海港货物吞吐量连年排名全球第一的重任,对长江三角洲区港口的持续快速发展以及长江流域的经济崛起有着至关重要的作用。上海港非天然深水良港,南北槽水深制约和半日潮潮汐特点决定了航槽的使用率呈波浪形起伏,自然形成航槽进出口波峰。加之年均超过1/4天数的能见度不良的雾霾天,高峰流时大量进出口船舶极易在长江口灯船附近水域拥堵
The most complicated and chaotic area of traffic flow in the Yangtze River alignment is the warning zone.
