1 基本概况 南四湖湖东超标准洪水临时滞洪区是由水利部淮河水利委员会提出的新建滞洪区(以下简称湖东滞洪区),位于南四湖湖东堤东侧,地面高程在32.79～36.79m,滞洪总面积262.3km~2。涉及济宁市的邹城、微山和枣庄市的滕州、薛城等4个县(市、区),共16个乡(镇)、146个行政村,总人口24.6万人,耕地1.62万hm~2,2000年工农业总产值达21亿元。
1 Basic profile Nanchu Lake East over standard flood temporary detention zone is proposed by the Ministry of Water Resources Huaihe River Commission detention basin (hereinafter referred to as the lacustrine flood detention area), located in the east of Nansi Lake East embankment, the ground elevation of 32.79 ~ 36.79m, total area of 262.3km ~ 2. There are 16 counties (cities) and 146 administrative villages in Zoucheng, Weishan and Zaozhuang, including Tengzhou and Xuecheng in Jining, with a total population of 246,000 and a cultivated area of 16,200 hm ~ 2, 2000 gross output value of industry and agriculture reached 2.1 billion yuan.
