改善肾脏血流动力学是防治急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)的重要环节。本实验观察活化血瘀中药灯盏花防治ARF 的作用机理。实验用家兔皮下注射50%甘油溶液,造成 APF,一组为对照组,一组同时静脉注射灯盏花。二组测定血、尿肌酐和尿素氮,观察肾微循环变化及用氢清法测肾血流量和肾脏病理组织学改变。结果对照组家兔一般在24~48小时内死亡,用药组随时间增加而逐渐恢复。血肌酐与尿素氮对照组在致 ARF 后24小时明显升高,用药组24小时有轻
Improvement of renal hemodynamics is an important part of preventing and treating acute renal failure (ARF). This experiment observed the mechanism of activating ARF by activating blood stasis breviscapus Herbs. The experimental rabbits were injected subcutaneously with 50% glycerol solution to create APF, one group was a control group, and one group was intravenously injected with Erigeron breviscapus. The blood and urine creatinine and urea nitrogen were measured in the two groups. The renal microcirculation changes were observed and the renal blood flow and renal histopathological changes were measured by hydrogen clearance method. Results The rabbits in the control group died within 24 to 48 hours, and the drug group gradually recovered with time. The serum creatinine and urea nitrogen control group was significantly elevated at 24 hours after ARF, and the drug group was light at 24 hours.
