教学多年,我深深感受到真情育人的重要性。作为教师,既要关心学生的学习、生活状况,又要了解他们的精神世界。对学生出现的问题,要深入调查,分析原因。对学生要动之以情,晓之以理,只有师生心灵相通,才能共同奏响教育的和弦。 Teaching for many years, I deeply feel the importance of true feelings of educating people. As a teacher, we should not only care about students’ learning and living conditions, but also understand their spiritual world. On the students’ problems, we should conduct in-depth investigation and analyze the reasons. Students need to move their affection, knowledge and reason, and only teachers and students the same heart, in order to jointly play the chords of education.
