在先进工艺“逆做法”关键工序“一桩一柱”的钢管柱安装工程中,其钢管柱调垂及钢管柱混凝土浇筑一直是难以解决的瓶颈。文章采用导向法固定架对一桩一柱进行固定,是一种新型的施工方法,与一般的逆作柱施工方法相比,该方法极大地提高了钢管柱混凝土的施工质量,尤其提高了钢管柱的垂直度精度,满足了一桩一柱的安装精度要求。同时,这种施工方法也为打破逆作施工的瓶颈,提供了一种简介、有效、新颖的思路。目前该导向法固定架在申报国家专利。
In the advanced technology “reverse method ” the key process “a pile” of the installation of steel pipe, the steel pipe drooping and steel concrete pouring has been a bottleneck difficult to solve. In this paper, a new method of construction is adopted to fix a single column by the guide method fixing frame. Compared with the general method of reverse column construction, this method greatly improves the construction quality of concrete with steel columns, especially the steel pipe Column verticality accuracy, to meet the installation of a precision column requirements. At the same time, this method of construction also provides an introduction, an effective and novel way of thinking to break the bottleneck of the construction work.
