近几年,随着我国经济与科技的飞速发展,涌现出大量的中小型企业,这些中小型企业不仅能够为国家带来可观的经济效益,也成为社会经济发展中的重要力量。然而这些中小型企业的发展水平参差不齐,主要原因在于没有抓住管理创新的关键因素。针对这个问题,本文从技术、人才、企业文化等几方面提出了对策建议。
