目的探讨丘脑胶质瘤手术治疗的可能性及方法。方法回顾性分析9例丘脑局限性肿瘤的手术方法、结果及术后并发症。肿瘤位于右侧丘脑5例,左侧4例;内侧7例,枕部2例。采用经顶枕穿皮质入路5例,经后纵裂穿前楔叶入路4例。结果肿瘤大部切除1例,部分切除7例,活检1例。术后出现新的认知功能下降1例,原有症状改善4例,症状、体征无变化4例。结论对于丘脑的局限性肿瘤,尤其是肿瘤位于其内侧或后部者,可行手术切除。
Objective To explore the possibility and method of surgical treatment of thalamic glioma. Methods A retrospective analysis of 9 cases of thalamic surgical limitations of the tumor, the results and postoperative complications. The tumors were located in the right thalamus in 5 cases, left in 4 cases, medial in 7 cases and occipital in 2 cases. Using the top of the occipital wearing cortical approach in 5 cases, after the longitudinal split wedge in front of the road in 4 cases. Results Most of the tumor resection in 1 case, partial resection in 7 cases, biopsy in 1 case. One case of new cognitive decline after operation, the improvement of the original symptoms in 4 cases, no change in symptoms and signs in 4 cases. CONCLUSIONS: Surgical resection is possible for localized tumors of the thalamus, especially those with tumors located medial or posterior.
