选聘大学生到村任职制度是国家鼓励具有高学历同时又热衷于新农村建设的志愿者到农村基层任职的政策。一方面该政策有利于解决高校就业难的问题,也为农村建设输入了新鲜血液,带入了活力,可以说是利国又利民。另一方面,在村官到村任职过程中也不可避免的出现了一些弊端,比如缺乏大学生村官管理制度的配套细则等。笔者对通过以上问题的分析,对我国大学生村官队伍建设提出了建议,以期有利于我国的大学生村官制度建设。
The selection of college-to-village appointment system is a policy that the state encourages those volunteers with high academic record and keen on new countryside construction to serve in rural grassroots units. On the one hand, the policy is conducive to solving the problem of employment difficulties in colleges and universities, and also imports fresh blood into the rural construction and brings vitality into it. It can be said that the policy is beneficial to the country and beneficial to the people. On the other hand, there are inevitably some shortcomings in the course of serving as village official to the village, such as the lack of supporting rules for the administrative system of college village officials. Through the analysis of the above problems, the author puts forward some suggestions to the construction of college graduate village officers in our country, in the hope of being beneficial to the construction of college graduate village officials in our country.
