Some people are very taboo to meat because of concerns about health threats and damage such as high cholesterol and high blood sugar. Some middle-aged and elderly people even develop a long-term vegetarian diet that excludes meat from the table. However, in the opinion of health experts, this method is not suitable for the elderly.
