目的：了解医院2013－2015年抗精神病药的应用情况及动态趋势。方法对医院2013－2015年使用的抗精神病药的品种、用药金额、用药频度（ DDDs）及日均费用（ DDC）进行统计分析。结果医院抗精神病药物销售总金额及总用药频度逐年上升，其中典型抗精神病药物使用金额和用药频度增长幅度明显，奥氮平销售金额增幅最大，利培酮用药频度连续3年最高。结论医院抗精神病药用药基本合理，非典型抗精神病药得到精神科临床广泛使用，成为精神疾病药物治疗的主要药物。“,”Objective To probe into the use of antipsychotics in our hospital during 2013-2015 .Methods The species, consumption sum, medication frequency(DDDs),and the defined daily cost(DDC) of antipsychotics in our hospital during 2013-2015 .Results Antipsychotics consumption sum and DDDs increased year by year in our hospital , the amount and frequency of typical antipsychotic drug use has increased significantly .Olanzapine biggest increase sales amount, Risperi-done in frequency for three consecutive years .Conclusion The use of oral antipsychotics is basic reasonable in our hospital, The atypical antipsychotics have been widely used in psychiatric department and have become the main drugs for mental dis -ease drug therapy .
