磐石市红光中学是一所朝鲜族完全中学,现有学生800人,专任教师66 人。近几年来,我校确立了“以人为本,质量立校”的办学宗旨,大力改善办学条件,强化学校教育教学管理,使教育教学质量稳步提升,特别是从2004年高中部招收汉族班学生以来,我校在社会上的地位也得到逐年提高,但从我校中高考成绩的横向和纵向对比分析情况来看,还存在着一些不可忽视的、亟待解决的问颢。
Lanshi Hongguang Middle School is a Korean-style high school with 800 students and 66 full-time teachers. In recent years, our school has established the mission of “people-oriented, quality-based” schools, greatly improved the conditions for running schools, strengthened school education and teaching management, and steadily improved the quality of education and teaching, especially since recruiting Han students in the high school in 2004. The university’s position in the society has also been improved year by year. However, from the horizontal and vertical comparative analysis of the results of the college entrance examination in our school, there are still some questions that cannot be ignored and that need to be resolved.
