阴茎海绵体破裂是泌尿外科急症,本病是阴茎勃起时遭到暴力而产生的一种少见的阴茎闭合性损伤,并发尿道损伤更属少见。近3年来我科收治损伤性阴茎海绵体破裂2例,1例并发尿道损伤,均采用手术治疗效果满意,报告如下。 例1:患者40岁,因性交时,阴茎撞击在女方耻骨区,即听到破裂声,阴茎疼痛,变软,不久阴茎肿胀,但排尿正常。伤后9小时入院。检查:阴茎明显瘀血,肿胀,皮肤变紫黑色,阴茎向右侧弯曲,海绵体中段背侧压痛。诊断:左侧阴茎海绵体破裂。在硬膜外
