目的 评价霉酚酸酯 (MMF)与雷帕霉素 (RAPA)合用预防及逆转大鼠心脏移植后排斥反应的作用。方法 将实验动物随机分为 4组 :(1)对照组 ;(2 )单用MMF组 ;(3)单用RAPA组 ;(4)MMF与RAPA合用组。结果 单用MMF和单用RAPA组与对照组比较均显著延长移植心脏存活时间 ,MMF与RAPA合用组与对照组比较非常显著地延长移植心脏存活时间 ,并且心脏存活时间明显长于同剂量两药的单用组。结论 MMF与RAPA具有很强的协同效应 ,能够预防与逆转大鼠心脏移植排斥反应。
Objective To evaluate the effect of combined use of mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) and rapamycin (RAPA) in the prevention and reversal of rejection following cardiac transplantation in rats. Methods The experimental animals were randomly divided into 4 groups: (1) control group; (2) MMF alone group; (3) RAPA group alone; (4) MMF and RAPA combined group. Results Compared with the control group, MMF alone and RAPA alone significantly prolonged cardiac allograft survival time. Compared with the control group, MMF and RAPA combined group significantly prolonged cardiac allograft survival time and significantly longer cardiac survival time Single use group. Conclusion MMF and RAPA have a strong synergistic effect, which can prevent and reverse the rejection of heart transplantation in rats.
