本文研究在身材高的青春中期的青年人中生长激素(GH)对生长激素释放激素(GHRH)注射的反应。 8位青春期男孩与10位青春期女孩因身材高而就诊。其身高均高于正常儿童的第90百分位数。其中,9女孩及4男孩身高达第97百分位数。经病人同意,禁食过夜,于晨9时接受100mg GHRH注射,并取血。注射前30及0分钟和注射后5、10、20、30、60及120分钟取血测GH、睾酮(T)或雌二醇(E_2)。测定GH、T、E_2均用放免法,批间变异分别为13.1%、4%及3%。结果:男女二组年龄、骨龄以Greulich法的青春分期均无显著区别。碱性磷酸酶(AF)水平
This article investigates the response of growth hormone (GH) to growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) in young, middle-aged, tall women. Eight adolescent boys and 10 adolescent girls were treated for height. Its height is higher than the normal 90th percentile of children. Among them, 9 girls and 4 boys were as high as the 97th percentile. With the patient’s consent, fasting overnight and receiving injection of 100 mg GHRH at 9 am and blood sampling. GH, testosterone (T) or estradiol (E_2) were taken at 30 and 0 minutes before injection and at 5, 10, 20, 30, 60 and 120 minutes after injection. Determination of GH, T, E_2 were radioimmunoassay, batch variation were 13.1%, 4% and 3%.
