目的:报道椎管常见病变的MR椎管造影表现。材料与方法:MR为SiemensMagnetonImpact1.0T超导扫描机,所用的扫描序列为脂肪抑制重T2SE序列。重建方法为均数重建法和最大信号强度投影(MIP)法。结果:50例MR椎管造影,25例正常MR椎管造影都能清楚地显示硬膜囊、神经根、神经根鞘袖和椎旁静脉丛。20例椎间盘突出症中轻度者3例,中度17例,轻度表现为硬膜囊周围的静脉丛信号缺损,并有硬膜囊轻度凹陷;中度表现为椎管狭窄,硬膜囊的高信号呈细线状。2例恶性肿瘤的椎管阻塞表现为CSF信号缺失伴有椎旁静脉扩张。1例神经根囊肿、1例多发性神经纤维瘤和1例神经根畸形各有其特点。结论:重T2MR椎管造影诊断椎管疾病非常有价值。
OBJECTIVE: To report MR spinal canal imaging findings of common spinal canal lesions. Materials and methods: MR is SiemensMagnetonImpact1.0T superconducting scanner, the scanning sequence used for fat suppression heavy T2SE sequence. The reconstruction methods are the mean reconstruction method and the maximum signal intensity projection (MIP) method. Results: Dural sacs, nerve roots, nerve root sheath cuffs and paravertebral venous plexuses were clearly shown in 50 cases of MR spinal angiography and 25 cases of normal MR. 20 cases of mild disc herniation in 3 cases, 17 cases of moderate, mild manifestations of venous plexus around the dural sac signal defects, and mild dural sac depression; moderately manifested as spinal stenosis, dura Cystic high signal was thin line. Two cases of malignant tumor of the spinal canal showed CSF signal loss associated with paravertebral vein dilatation. 1 case of nerve root cyst, 1 case of multiple neurofibromas and 1 case of nerve root deformity have their own characteristics. Conclusion: It is valuable to diagnose spinal canal diseases with T2MR spinal angiography.
