分析了热物理参数对热锻工艺数值模拟结果正确与否的重要性,设计了获得等效热参数的简易实验方法,该方法通过传热实验与数值模拟软件相结合,采用模拟数据与实测数据逼近法推导出所需参数。由于在实验细节上排除了其他因素的热干扰,该方法测得的参数可靠性和精度较高。本文以转子钢26Cr2Ni4MoV为例,通过该方法测试其在1260~850℃锻造区间的等效黑度系数为0.25~0.30,与模具钢的加载等效换热系数为1.0kW.(m2.K)-1。
The importance of the thermophysical parameters in the numerical simulation of the hot forging process is analyzed. The simple experimental method for obtaining the equivalent thermal parameters is designed.
