看了丁汝德同志1985年第7期《农业机械》中“4115T_1发动机机油口喷油现象之我见”一文后,也想谈谈这个问题。一般说,4115各型(包括4115T_1型)柴油机,打开机油加油口盖,都要喷出烟雾油星,因为当柴油机运转时,气缸内气体难免会窜出一些,增大了曲轴箱内的压力;另外因曲柄连杆旋转部分撞击压力润滑的回流油,因而形成烟雾油星。正常情况柴油机在额定转速下工作时,曲轴箱压力在下述范围:
