美国安森美半导体公司(ON Semicon-ductor)推出新一代的 ECL(射极耦合逻辑)集成电路ECLinPS Plus~(TM)系列的第二阶段产品。这些逻辑芯片不但可以满足2.5V、3.3V 及5V 的电源要求,而且与市场上现有的 ECL 逻辑产品相比,能够提供高30%的计算效能以及更小的歪曲率。由于现有系统速度超过以往系统速度数百兆赫,因此这些逻辑芯片为工程师设计处理能力更快及准确性更佳的系统时,提供更多选择。ECLinPS Plus 系列包括单一/多重(主要逻辑原语)门、多路复用器、正反器等产品组合。两种全新的计时电路 EP111和 EP210能够兼容2.5V 及3.3V 电源。其中部分产品的接脚更能直接代换现有ECLinPS Lite~(TM)系列的逻辑产品。
On Semiconductor Semiconductor (ON Semiconductor) launched the second phase of the new generation of ECL (emitter-coupled logic) integrated circuit ECLinPS Plus ~ (TM) series of products. These logic chips can not only meet the power requirements of 2.5V, 3.3V and 5V, but also provide 30% higher computational efficiency and smaller skew compared with the existing ECL logic products on the market. Because the existing system speed exceeds the previous system speed by several hundred megahertz, these logic chips provide more options for engineers to design systems with faster processing speed and better accuracy. The ECLinPS Plus family includes single/multiple (primary logic primitive) gates, multiplexers, flip-flops and other product portfolios. Two new timing circuits EP111 and EP210 are compatible with 2.5V and 3.3V power supplies. Some of the products’ pins can directly substitute the existing ECLinPS LiteTM series logic products.
