目的探讨延续护理对一期肺癌伴发糖尿病患者抑郁和焦虑状态的影响。方法选取该院一期肺癌伴发糖尿病住院患者76例,入院后告知患者延续护理内容,并发放告知同意书,从中选取自愿参与延续护理一期肺癌伴发糖尿病41例患者为观察组,其余35例一期肺癌伴发糖尿病患者为常规组给予常规护理。观察组41例在常规护理的基础上再给予延续护理,对比分析二组护理前后抑郁和焦虑状态的变化。结果护理前二组SDS评分、SAS评分相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组SDS评分、SAS评分明显低于常规组(P<0.01);观察组患者对本次护理治疗的满意率显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论延续护理在一期肺癌伴发糖尿病患者中的应用效果显著,可明显改善患者抑郁、焦虑的不良情绪,为患者的身心康复和预后提供有利条件。 Objective To investigate the effect of extended nursing on depression and anxiety in patients with stage I lung cancer with diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 76 hospitalized patients with stage I lung cancer with diabetes in our hospital were enrolled. After admission, patients were asked to extend the nursing content and give informed consent. A total of 41 patients with stage I lung cancer with diabetes mellitus were enrolled in the study. A case of primary lung cancer patients with diabetes were given routine care. In the observation group, 41 cases were given continuous nursing care on the basis of routine nursing care, and the changes of depression and anxiety before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in SDS score and SAS score between the two groups before nursing (P> 0.05). After nursing, SDS and SAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group (P <0.01) Treatment satisfaction rate was significantly higher than the conventional group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Extended nursing has a significant effect in patients with stage I lung cancer with diabetes mellitus, which can significantly improve the patients’ depression and anxiety and provide favorable conditions for their physical and psychological recovery and prognosis.
