本文将硫化钠浸锑液经盐酸-高氯酸除硫,盐酸-硝酸破坏碳和有机物,氢溴酸除锑处理后,在10%盐酸介质中,用0.05%双琉腙-乙酸丁酯萃取金,以空气-乙炔焰原子吸收法进行测定。研究了该试液中钠、锑、砷等16种杂质的干扰及消除。金的回收率在96—102%之间,方法灵敏度为0.05微克/毫升/1%吸收,测定范围为0.0x—xxx毫克/升。本法简便、快速、经济,经实践考验,完全适用于硫化钠浸锑液中微量金的测定。方法投产后所报出的几百个分析结果,均与冶金工艺流程相符。
In this paper, sodium sulfide leaching antimony solution by hydrochloric acid - perchloric acid desulfurization, hydrochloric acid - nitric acid destruction of carbon and organic matter, antibrominated hydrobromide treatment, in 10% hydrochloric acid medium, with 0.05% double hydrazone - butyl acetate extraction Gold, measured by air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry. This method is simple, rapid, economical, practical test, fully applicable to the determination of trace amounts of gold in sodium sulfide leaching solution.
