[目的/意义]全面考量任务感知和情感状态在协同搜索中呈现的规律及其对协同搜索效率的影响,深入理解用户协同搜索行为,可以为协同信息检索系统的设计和改进提供借鉴。[方法/过程]运用模拟实验和问卷调查的研究方法,选取Coagmento协同搜索系统作为研究平台,研究对不同任务类型的协同搜索过程中不同问题解决能力和亲密度的协作团队的任务感知和情感状态差异,以及任务感知和情感状态之间的关联性和协同搜索效率的影响因素。[结果/结论]任务类型全面影响协同搜索中的任务感知,问题解决能力的影响大于成员亲密度;三者影响协同搜索中的用户情绪状态;用户情绪状态呈现“正向→负向→正向”的变化规律;任务感知和正向情绪有利于提升协同搜索效率;任务感知和情感状态之间具有复杂的相关性。
[Purpose / Significance] Considering the regularity of task perception and emotional state in collaborative search and its impact on the efficiency of collaborative search, a thorough understanding of user collaborative search behavior can provide reference for the design and improvement of collaborative information retrieval system. [Methods / Processes] Using the research methods of simulation experiments and questionnaires, Coagmento collaborative search system is selected as the research platform to study the task perception and emotional status of collaborative teams with different problem-solving abilities and intimacy in collaborative search of different task types Differences, and the relationship between task perception and emotional status and the factors that influence the efficiency of collaborative search.
