目的分析短葶飞蓬全草中挥发油的化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取短葶飞蓬全草中的挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱技术测定分析。结果从短葶飞蓬全草挥发油中鉴定出20个组分,占挥发油总量的100%,其中,4-甲氧基-1-萘酚(79.83%)、2,2-二甲基-3,5-癸二炔(6.35%)、反式-4α-甲基-4α,5,6,7,8,8α-六氢-2(1H)萘酮(2.70%)、1,1,4,7-四甲基-1α,2,3,4,4α,5,6,7b-八氢-1H-环丙[e]薁(2.41%)、β-金合欢烯(1.55%)、3,5,9-三甲基-2,4,8-癸三烯-1-醇(1.28%)等化合物的含量较高。结论所用方法为药用植物短葶飞蓬的资源开发利用和临床应用提供了理论依据。
Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of the volatile oil in the whole plant of Sclaterpa ratani. Methods Volatile oil was extracted from the whole plant by steam distillation and analyzed by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry. Results 20 components were identified from the volatile oil of the whole plant, accounting for 100% of the total volatile oil. Among them, 4-methoxy-1-naphthol (79.83% (6.35%), trans-4α-methyl-4α, 5,6,7,8,8a-hexahydro-2 (1H) naphthalenone (2.70%), 1,1,4 , 2,3,4,4a, 5,6,7b-octahydro-1H-cycloprop [e] azulene (2.41%), β-farnesene , 5,9-trimethyl-2,4,8-decatrien-1-ol (1.28%) and other compounds. Conclusion The method used for the development and utilization of medicinal plants Scirpus mariqueter resources and clinical applications provide a theoretical basis.
