目前测定厩肥、堆肥的全氮量大多采用太酸-水杨酸消化法和铬粒一重铬酸钾一硫酸消化法。自1979年以来,我们采用硫酸一过氧化氢消化法测定厩肥的含氮量,既能得到较为满意的结果,又能节省药品、电力和时间。材料和方法 (一)材料:分析材料系用上海郊区农村以一般方法积制的猪厩肥和堆、沤肥。 (二)方法:以硫酸一过氧化氢消化法(简称方法Ⅰ)和硫酸一水杨酸消化法(简称方法Ⅱ)与硫酸一过氧化氢消化法和铬粒一重铬酸钾一硫酸消化法(简称方法Ⅲ),分别测定同一组新鲜品和风干样品的含氮量,将所得结果相比较。
Currently measured manure, compost most of the total nitrogen content is too acid - salicylic acid digestion method and a chromium dichromate-sulfuric acid digestion. (B) Methods: a sulfuric acid dihydrogen peroxide digestion (referred to as method I) and sulfuric acid salicylic acid digestion (referred to as method II) with a hydrogen peroxide digestion and a chromium dichromate a sulfuric acid digestion (Referred to as Method III), respectively, the same group of fresh and dried samples of nitrogen content, the results were compared.
