利用高炉里斯特(Rist)操作线原理,研究了COREX熔融还原流程上部竖炉冶炼过程的能量消耗问题,建立了COREX竖炉的Rist操作线,并讨论了其限制条件.通过计算以图例的形式给出冶炼过程的主要物理化学反应和能量利用情况,可直观地判断冶炼结果,为进一步提高煤气利用提供方向.结合现场的实际操作条件,给出了Rist操作线在实际生产中的应用,并分析了入炉还原气成分、还原煤气利用率等因素对操作线的影响,为现场工作人员操作竖炉提供理论指导,以保证竖炉炉况顺行.
In this paper, the energy consumption of the upper shaft smelting process in the COREX smelting reduction process was studied by using the operating principle of the Rist line, and the Rist operating line of the COREX shaft furnace was established and its limiting conditions were discussed.
