中国历史上政权转移的模式,可分为同姓的皇位世袭与异姓的王朝更替两方面。前者在‘家天下’的观念下,建立了嫡长继承制,然而历来真以嫡长身分继位的,却是有限,其间总不乏为争夺权位而骨肉相残的斑斑血泪。至于后者,则如清人赵翼所说:‘只有禅让、征诛二局。’而所谓禅让,其实则是在君臣名分观念下,’不肯居篡弑之名’的一种掩人耳目的篡位手段而已,本质仍不脱暴力与血腥。
The pattern of the transfer of power in Chinese history can be divided into two aspects: the hereditary inheritance of the same surname and the replacement of dynasties with different surnames.
