党的十八大审议通过了《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》,文件提出了许多重大的政策方向,这些政策方向的调整会对我国的经济及社会各项事业产生影响,同时也对我国现有的煤炭市场下行,资金回笼不畅的煤炭企业有着极为重要的指导意义。本文以煤炭企业为核心,结合我国新的政策形势,对煤炭企业资金预算管理的相关内容作了探讨。
The 18th CPC National Congress examined and adopted the Decision of the CPC Central Committee and Central Committee on Several Important Issues concerning the Overall Deepening of the Reform. The document sets forth many major policy directions that will have an impact on the economic and social undertakings in our country. At the same time, It also plays an extremely important guiding role to the existing coal enterprises in our country where the coal market goes down and the funds are not smoothly returned from circulation. In this paper, the core of coal enterprises, combined with the new policy situation in China, discussed the relevant contents of the budget management of coal enterprises.
