为了解阿克苏地区羊感染羊泰勒虫病情况,并对其进行分子分类鉴定,试验采用PCR方法对采自阿克苏地区8个县市的312份血样进行检测,并构建系统发育树。结果表明:所检测的羊泰勒虫阳性率为58%,其中绵羊泰勒虫呈阳性,吕氏泰勒虫和尤氏泰勒虫均为阴性;系统发育树分析发现,检测到的绵羊泰勒虫与新疆株亲缘关系最近。说明阿克苏地区为绵羊泰勒虫的流行地区,该调查丰富了我国羊泰勒虫病流行病学资料。
In order to understand the situation of Sheep disease in sheep infected with Aksu and to identify its molecular classification, 312 blood samples collected from 8 counties and cities of Aksu were detected by PCR and phylogenetic tree was constructed. The results showed that the positive rate of the sheep Tyrrell was 58%, among them, the Tyllrion sheep was positive, and the Lygus and the Youilian worms were negative. According to the phylogenetic tree analysis, the detected Tyrannosus and the Xinjiang strain Relatives recently. This shows that the Aksu area is the endemic area of the sheep Tyler, and this survey enriches the epidemiological data of sheep Tyrreichia in our country.
