为了完善绳索取心钻进技术,我们在φ42毫米钻杆斜脱式提引器的基础上,吸收兄弟单位的经验,设计试制了φ56毫米绳索取心钻具斜脱式提引器(见附图)。提钻时在钻杆上端部拧上提引接头(俗称蘑菇头),将托盘缺口推入钻杆并提升提引器,托盘顶住提引接头环状的突出部分,把钻杆提起。松绳后提引器下落,档板抵住提引接头,使它自动斜脱,下钻时除了将钻杆置于托盘缺口外,还要把滚轮轴推入托盘一端的槽内(槽的外端有一圆窝,保证滚轮轴不会自动离槽),提引器沿钻杆上升,直到托盘拉起钻杆,提引器下钻到孔口,将滚轮轴提拉出槽子,提引器便可推离钻杆。如此循环往复。
