论述了闪点测试方法的发展过程并比较了国际通用的一些闪点测试方法的应用范围。在此基础上利用开口杯闪点仪和闭口杯闪点仪对闪点测试过程中的主要影响因素进行理论分析并对其中含水量、加热速率、火焰直径三个主要影响因素通过实验分析闪点变化规律。研究发现:1)液体含水量升高,闪点随之升高;2)加热速率对闪点略有影响,加热升高,闪点降低;3)火焰直径增大,闪点降低。同时,基于理论分析和实验结果提出减小或消除影响因素的具体方法,提高了闪点测试值的准确性。
The developing process of the flash point test method is discussed and the application scope of some international flash point test methods is compared. Based on this, the main influencing factors in the flash point test were analyzed by using the open cup flash point meter and the closed cup flash point instrument. The three main influencing factors of water content, heating rate and flame diameter were analyzed through the experiment. The law of change. The results showed that: 1) the liquid water content increased, the flash point increased; 2) the heating rate slightly affected the flash point, the heating increased, the flash point decreased; 3) the flame diameter increased and the flash point decreased. At the same time, based on the theoretical analysis and experimental results, the specific methods of reducing or eliminating the influencing factors are proposed and the accuracy of the flash point test value is improved.
