放线病是由放线菌引起的慢性化脓性疾病,好发于面颈部及胸腹部.临床上喉部、声带放线菌病罕见,我院于2009年12月收治患者1例,现报告如下: rn1 临床资料 rn患者,女性,25岁,声嘶20余天,伴轻微咳嗽,盗汗,入院检查,体温36.8度,呼吸20次/分,血压96/32mmHg,脉搏76次/ 分,略消瘦,电子喉镜检查见双侧声带充血,肥厚,声带有白色假膜, 双侧披裂活动好.
