目的观察SonoVue实时超声造影对正常新西兰白兔脉络膜视网膜功能及结构的影响,探讨超声造影在眼科应用的安全性。设计实验性研究。研究对象新西兰白兔24只。方法对上述动物行眼部SonoVue实时超声造影检查,观察造影前后荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)、闪光视网膜电图(F-ERG)及造影后组织光学显微镜及电子显微镜检查结果。主要指标FFA、F-ERG、光镜、透射电镜。结果SonoVue实时超声造影过程中所有实验动物未出现明显的全身及眼局部副反应,超声造影前后F-ERG各波形振幅前后比较无显著差异(P均>0.05)、造影前后FFA显影无异常改变,光镜及透射电镜检查视网膜结构无明显病理改变。结论SonoVue实时超声造影对脉络膜视网膜功能及结构不会产生明显的负面影响。
Objective To observe the effects of SonoVue real-time contrast-enhanced ultrasound on the choroidal retina function and structure of normal New Zealand white rabbits and to discuss the safety of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in ophthalmology. Design experimental research. Twenty-four New Zealand white rabbits Methods SonoVue real-time contrast echocardiography was performed on the above animals. Fluorescein angiography (FFA), flash electroretinogram (F-ERG) and post-contrast tissue optical microscopy and electron microscopy were performed before and after contrast. The main indicators FFA, F-ERG, light microscope, transmission electron microscope. Results There was no obvious systemic and ocular side effects in all SonoVue real-time contrast-enhanced ultrasound examinations. There was no significant difference in the amplitude of F-ERG before and after ultrasound contrast (P> 0.05) Light microscopy and transmission electron microscopy showed no significant pathological changes in the retina. Conclusion SonoVue real-time contrast echocardiography has no obvious negative effect on choroidal retinal function and structure.
